Tofu Stir Fry
Ingredients
- 300 g Pressed Tofu
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup roasted unsalted peanuts or cashew nuts
- 3 cups vegetables (carrots, celery, onions, mushrooms)
Sauce
- 1 tbsp chilli sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2tbsp water
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Directions
- Cut tofu into ΒΌ” cubes and slice vegetables.
- Mix all sauce ingredients together in a bowl.
- Heat pan/wok and add oil.
- Add vegetables and stir fry for 2 mins.
- Add tofu and stir fry for 1 min until heated through.
- Add sauce and cook until sauce thickens add water to alter consistency.
- Add peanuts/cashews.
- Serve with rice or noodles.
