Tofu Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 300 g Pressed Tofu
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup roasted unsalted peanuts or cashew nuts
  • 3 cups vegetables (carrots, celery, onions, mushrooms)

Sauce

  • 1 tbsp chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce


Directions

  • Cut tofu into ΒΌ” cubes and slice vegetables.
  • Mix all sauce ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Heat pan/wok and add oil.
  • Add vegetables and stir fry for 2 mins.
  • Add tofu and stir fry for 1 min until heated through.
  • Add sauce and cook until sauce thickens add water to alter consistency.
  • Add peanuts/cashews.
  • Serve with rice or noodles.
