Pork Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 200g Lean Pork
  • 1 tsp Ginger Juice
  • 1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
  • Sesame oil

Sauce/Marinade

  • 1 tsp Corn flour
  • 1 tbsp Chinese Cooking Wine
  • 2 tsp Ginger Juice
  • 1/2 tsp Salt


Directions

  • Tenderise and slice the pork.
  • Add the corn flour, Chinese cooking wine, ginger juice and salt into a small bowl and mix together to create the marinade.
  • Add the marinade to the pork and leave for half an hour.
  • Heat the pan/wok and add the oil, when up to temperature add the marinade pork and sauté until cooked though.
  • Add and mix in the ginger juice and soy sauce, and sauté for 1 further minute.
  • Serve with rice or noodles.
