Ingredients
- 200g Lean Pork
- 1 tsp Ginger Juice
- 1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
- Sesame oil
Sauce/Marinade
- 1 tsp Corn flour
- 1 tbsp Chinese Cooking Wine
- 2 tsp Ginger Juice
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Directions
- Tenderise and slice the pork.
- Add the corn flour, Chinese cooking wine, ginger juice and salt into a small bowl and mix together to create the marinade.
- Add the marinade to the pork and leave for half an hour.
- Heat the pan/wok and add the oil, when up to temperature add the marinade pork and sauté until cooked though.
- Add and mix in the ginger juice and soy sauce, and sauté for 1 further minute.
- Serve with rice or noodles.
