Ingredients
- 1 cooked, skinned and sliced chicken breast
- 300g bag of stir-fry vegetables
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 75g crushed peanuts/cashews (optional)
- Rice/ noodles
Directions
- Heat the wok/stir-fry pan and add oil.
- Add vegetables and chicken, cook and stir for 3 mins.
- Add about 50ml of water and cook until evaporated.
- Add soy sauce and peanuts/cashews (if used), stir thoroughly.
- Serve with rice or noodles.
